Mark Payne, Linksys
Mark Payne is the Vice President of Operations for Linksys, a Division of Cisco. He is responsible for all of the company’s supply chain departments and their activities worldwide including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, forecasting and planning, information technology, engineering services, call centers and real estate. His main focus when he started at Linksys in 2006 was to realign all organizations and implement new cross-functional business processes that would increase the bottom line.
Payne has more than 17 years of experience in the IT, Chemical and Food industry. He has served in various executive roles including Polaroid, where he served as VP, Operations. He helped lead the company out of bankruptcy and into profitability. He also led organizations at HP/Compaq and Uncle Bens Inc. a M&M Mars Corporation.
Mark Payne is also an Author. He has written the business book Make the Numbers, Don’t Chase the Numbers (2007). The book was written to teach a simple structure and process that allows all departments in a business to work together with a common set of numbers, structure, and language to continuously manage the details of a complex business. Mark has developed a methodology called Make The Numbers Approach (MTNA) to solve these common problems in business. MTNA is an “all in one concept” that is designed to allow a business to continuously plan, decide, and adjust the future demand and supply activity in order to maximize profit potential.
Payne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Quantitative Business Analysis and Marketing from Baylor University in Waco Texas.

As vice president of international sales, he is responsible for overseeing strategic development, which includes supply chain services and the marketing of consumer electronic packaging and printing products. He considers bringing the components for the space shuttle within the lead-time and cost by exceeding standards to be his greatest professional accomplishment. The recipient of several company awards for leading practices and various top supplier awards, he attributes his success to his experiences and problem-solving skills. Mr. Watson stays current with the trends in his profession by attending training programs and conferences and reading industry-related publications.
Mr. Watson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to taking on his current position, he was in charge of value-added services and customer relations for Motorola, and worked previously for Motorola, Flextronics and Pratt & Whitney as well as an industry materials management trainer.
He is an active supporter of the Christian Children's Fund, United Way, St. Jude Children’s Fund and Best Friends Animal Society.
His goals for the future include growing consumer electronic printing and packaging business at Motivating Graphics with the right partners.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Fornadel was the Vice President of Product Innovation at an established consulting firm that specialized in global supply chain solutions for the high tech industry. Elaine Singleton brings more than two decades of supply chain management and logistics experience in the media, entertainment, retail, and consumer products industries to Technicolor Home Entertainment Services as the company’s vice president of North American supply chain. In this role, Singleton oversees a growing 3/4PL global solution for Technicolor Home Entertainment coupled with supply chain solutions and technologies which connect key Technicolor Home Entertainment Services clients to critical distribution channels. She is responsible for domestic transportation, import logistics, and process development for new and existing customer strategies.
Since joining Technicolor Home Entertainment Services in 2005, Elaine has spearheaded several important supply chain management initiatives, including the development of a transportation organization and a global transportation assessment focused on reducing internal costs and enhancing value-added services for customers. The worldwide freight evaluation for Thomson, SA, the parent company of Technicolor Home Entertainment Services, is designed to generate cost savings through network modeling and the optimization of distribution lanes throughout North America and Europe.
In late 2006, Singleton led the launch of an integrated transportation service for new and existing Technicolor HES customers. A Red Prairie TMS system solution was selected and fully integrated with manufacturing and distribution supply chain streams to create unique and robust business intelligence visibility for customers and for internal performance reviews. The freight under management growth has been exponential since the start up with service and information as the drivers of this robust solution.The results have created a very compelling total turn key supply chain solution with 100% visibility for entrepreneurs within home entertainment and consumer electronics.
Previously, Elaine spent five years as vice president of supply chain for the Disney Stores operating unit of the Consumer Products division of The Walt Disney Company. Before joining Disney, she managed the catalog distribution centers for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., the premier specialty retailer of home furnishings and cooking accessories. At Mervyn’s, the middle-market department store chain formerly owned by the Target Corporation, she held numerous supply chain management positions, including logistics, regional retail store management, and distribution center director roles.
Singleton holds a B.A. in environmental studies from Millersville State University in Millersville, Pennsylvania.
